Sunday Evenings- Acts 2:42
Acts 2:42 in the New Testament tells us that the earliest Christians gathered regularly to teach God’s truth, pray, share life, and worship Jesus. As a result God transformed their lives and used them to transform and bring God’s love to their world. We invite you to join us as we seek to follow their example at our Acts 2:42 service every Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. This service is a great opportunity to hear powerful testimonies of changed lives, brief studies on the life of Christ, receive encouragement, engage in serving others with your spiritual gifts, and celebrate communion each week.
Jumpstart is our basic discipleship course at CCCM. If you are a new Christian, renewing your relationship with God, looking for a refresher on the basics of Christianity, or still figuring out your personal views on Jesus, Jumpstart is a great place for you! Join us Monday nights in the CCCM Sanctuary at 7 PM throughout the 7 week course for worship and our sermon series “Things I Wish My Pastor Told Me”. Wednesday Evening- 2 Corinthians
Paul’s epistle to the Galatians has been extremely helpful in the history of the church, and in the personal lives of God’s people, in helping them to see, understand, and experience His amazing grace. In this relatively short letter, Paul gives his readers deep theological instruction in the grace of God and life in the Spirit. The epistle is biographical (Paul’s personal conversion testimony), theological, and practical. Those who study it are sure to grow deeper in their understanding and experience of God’s grace. Join us as we continue our chapter-by-chapter journey through the entire Bible with Pastor Brian Brodersen. Communion is served the first Wednesday of each month.
