7. Did the church in Rome understand their baptism?
8. What does baptism signify, according to v.4.
9. Review 2:17-29. Meditate on what baptism means you and your life.
10. What does .5 do? Why rephrase?
11. Why was the body crucified? What is the implication for us?
12. How is "dying to self" related to the holiness of a Christian's life?
13. How then should the believer look at death?

1. How then, should the redeemed live? What are the necessary fruits of that?
2. What are the implications of the resurrection for Jesus and for you?

5. What does the phrase "dead to sin, alive to God" mean to us?
6. How should this be reflected in the choices we make?
7. List the choices that you are now being faced with. Contrast what "self" and God would say.
