Romans 12:1 - 2


1. What was the Apostle's admonition in .1 (see 6:16-22)
2. On what basis? How are they being regarded the mercies of God?
3. What then should the believer's motive be for the sacrifice?
4. Characterize the sacrifice. List concrete expressions in your life. (Christ's example 3:25)
5. Delineate ceremonial/spiritual worship. Hosea 6:6...
6. Contrast what you do and who you are for Christ. How should this truth affect your worship?

1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship.
2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.
