Tommy Cota
Tommy is the Pastor for Hands of Hope, Red Wagon, and Jail and Released Time Ministries.
After many years of running around on the streets of L.A. with a drug addiction, he eventually ended up in prison. Over 5 years was spent behind bars with each year getting worse as time went on. While in prison Tommy's wife got saved and began to pray. Six months after parole from prison he surrendered his life to Jesus. Today Tommy has the privilege of serving our Lord here at Calvary Chapel. He oversees a ministry called “Hands of Hope”, which reaches out to our community with the Red Wagon homeless ministry, Released Time Christian Education, One Step to Freedom, and more. To be used of the Lord reminds him everyday of His grace, mercy, and agape love He has for us all.
