Take Heart!

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Jesus, John 16:33

Pastor Brian reminds us of some of the "things" we have learned in the last few chapters of John and why we can take heart!

Don’t let your heart be troubled. Why? Because Jesus is coming again!

He has given us a helper, the Holy Spirit. Why? To be with us forever.

We can have confidence in prayer. Why? Because he hears us, and he will answer according to his perfect will.

We are secure in Christ. Why? Because we have been chosen. And he completes the work he has started.
